GovCon Expert Alan Chvotkin Joins Nichols Liu as Partner and Named President of Pub K
Washington, D.C. – January 5, 2021: Alan Chvotkin, a leading national expert on federal government contracting law and policy, has joined the Washington, D.C. based law firm Nichols Liu as a partner. In addition, Chvotkin has been named president of the govcon industry publisher Pub K. Both are effective immediately.
Nichols Liu is dedicated to serving federal government contractors and others who receive federal funds. Founded in 2017, the firm has already been ranked nationally by Chambers USA and SuperLawyers and internationally by Legal 500. Chvotkin will be launching the firm’s Government Relations and Business Intelligence practices for contractors.

Chvotkin will also host and serve as moderator for Pub K’s Government Contracts Annual Review that will be live webcast on January 24 – 28, 2021, and includes presentations from 60+ leading experts.
