We are seeking candidates with five or more years of post-JD experience in government contracts-related litigation to join our growing litigation practice.  Associate, counsel, and partner roles are available.

Qualified candidates will have quality first- or second-chair experience in the following areas:

• Bid protests
• Contract claims
• Prime-sub disputes
• The Administrative Procedures Act
• Litigation in Federal District Court
• Court of Federal Claims litigation

Job Requirements:

• Attorneys must be a member in good standing in the District of Columbia Bar or a member in good standing of a State Bar and eligible for admission to the District of Columbia Bar.
• Successful candidates will have excellent writing and analytical skills and be able to take ownership of matters and deliver timely high-quality work product.
