Nichols Liu steadily growing with latest addition of government contracts attorney, Andrew Victor

Washington – July 16, 2018: Andrew Victor most recently an associate at Perkins Coie LLP, in the Government Contracts and White Collar & Investigations practice groups, is the latest addition to burgeoning Nichols Liu LLP. Andrew’s practice will focus on representing government contractors in competition and bid protests, audits, claims, and terminations, suspension and debarment, DFARS and FAR counseling, and internal investigations.

In addition to working at large law firms, Andrew clerked for a U.S. District Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and began his career through the Attorney General’s Honors Program as a trial attorney in the Civil Division of the U.S Department of Justice. Prior to his legal career, Andrew served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ukraine for over two years.

Andrew earned his J.D. from Georgetown University School of Law and his B.A. in Classics Literature from Ohio Wesleyan University.
